Are Forever Stamps Really Forever?
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — If you've gone on the United States Postal Service website, you may have noticed the forever stamp has the word forever crossed out.
Norma Hutchings of Olivehurst contacted us asking, "Are they taking the Forever Stamp away?"
The answer is no. The postal service says the word "forever" is crossed out in the online image to prevent counterfeiting.
Forever Stamps are still valid forever.
