SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A Halloween party in Sacramento turned deadly overnight after a gunman shot seven people, killing one.
The shooting happened at 1:40 a.m. outside Studio X on Del Paso Boulevard in north Sacramento, say police. A car sedan drove by and opened fire on bystanders.
