Suspect taken into custody after Penn Hills hit and run
Wilkinsburg Police confirmed to KDKA that George Mitchell, 43, has been arrested and taken into custody in the area of Frankstown Road in Penn Hills following an hours-long manhunt that took place after a violent crash. KDKA's Erika Stanish has the latest.
