Rain delay does not stop Pittsburgh from celebrating the 4th of July
Thousands were expected in Downtown Pittsburgh on Saturday for Fourth of July festivities. And despite some severe weather, that didn't stop those from coming out to celebrate America's 250th anniversary. KDKA-TV's Ricky Sayer has more.
