Project aims to fix frequent flooding along "Bathtub" section of Parkway East
Water flooding the Parkway East in Downtown Pittsburgh along the Allegheny River, known as the “Bathtub,” happens frequently during the warmer months. Often, the floodwaters are deep enough to close the “Bathtub” entirely. But a fix is coming with a new project that kicks off next week. KDKA-TV’s John Shumway has what you need to know.
