Pennsylvania House approves bill to protect those who get or provide abortions from out-of-state pro
The state House has just passed a bill to prevent Pennsylvania officials from cooperating with officials from other states that criminalize abortion. As KDKA-TV political editor Jon Delano explains, its proponents say this will protect women from other states who come here for a legal abortion and their doctors here from being prosecuted.
