Parkway East expected to reopen Monday evening, officials say
The Parkway East is expected to reopen on Monday, July 27, PennDOT officials have confirmed. The announcement comes as workers successfully replaced the Commercial Street Bridge outside of the Squirrel Hill Tunnel.
