New Kensington police officer resigns amid excessive force probe
A New Kensington officer had been suspended pending the outcome of an investigation into the excessive use of force on a suspect, who ended up in the hospital with facial fractures. But last night the council accepted his resignation prior to the outcome of that probe. Andy Sheehan reports.
