New Kensington police officer resigns amid excessive force investigation
A New Kensington Police Department officer has resigned amid an investigation into the possible use of excessive force. KDKA lead investigator Andy Sheehan first reported the incident and talks with another person who says she also suffered at the hands of the officer.
