Man wearing "Chucky doll" mask terrorizes people in Philadelphia, police say
A suspect in a Chucky-style mask allegedly threatened and chased at least a half dozen people around Philadelphia City Hall last Wednesday and asked one woman if she was "ready to die," according to police.
