Making Sagnaki in the PTL Kitchen

We're in the PTL Kitchen with Jim Mustakas, the organizer or the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church Food Festival. He's impressing us with the Greek dish, Sagnaki, which is also known as flaming cheese!
