Long-term lane closures to begin on Parkway East's "Bathtub"
While the "bathtub" section of the Parkway East is only about 1,150 feet long, it's known for flooding when the Monongahela River overflows, causing serious traffic headaches. Now, a long-term lane closure will be in places as PennDOT looks to combat the flooding. John Shumway is here to explain what driver will need to know.
