Local girl throwing big concert to help benefit police
12-year-old Kaley Bastine of Natrona Heights has become known for her willingness to fundraise for police, but now, she's gone to the next level, putting on a concert to help the Tarentum Police Department. KDKA's Chilekasi Adele has the story.
