Announcing this year's Gene Kelly Award nominees
This year's Gene Kelly Award nominees for excellence in high school musical theater were announced live on PTL! The awards have become a major launching pad to Broadway and Hollywood. Pittsburgh CLO's director of education, Jim Scriven, did the honors for best high school musical.
