Allegheny County searches for answers to fix underfunded pension
Allegheny County must come up with $100 million a year every year for 20 years to address its underfunded pension. But KDKA's Andy Sheehan says the county is not yet prepared to begin funding the liability and is searching for answers before coming to the taxpayer.
