W. Va. Health Officials Blame Myrtle Beach Travel For Spike In Coronavirus Cases

PRESTON COUNTY, W. Va. (KDKA) - In northern West Virginia, health officials are blaming eight new cases of COVID-19 on travel to Myrtle Beach.

The Preston County Health Department confirmed on social media their belief that travel to Myrtle Beach is responsible.

They say Myrtle Beach isn't the only area of concern, they say any popular vacation spot poses the same risk.
