UPMC Says New Technology Will Mean Cheaper Prescriptions
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- UPMC says new technology will mean cheaper prescription drug prices.
It is part of a deal with medical technology company RxRevu. UPMC doctors will be able to see their patients' benefits if they have UPMC Health Plan.
They say that will let doctors consider lower-cost prescriptions for patients.
