Ross Township Officer Who Lost K-9 Unexpectedly Last Year Receives A New Partner

ROSS TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- The Ross Township Police Department has a new K-9.
Cadet Tyr is one year old and just celebrated his birthday on Thursday.
He is living with Officer Justin Allenbaugh, and they will go through a 10-week basic training program together.
Cadet Tyr will be replacing the void left behind Officer Allenbaugh's previous K-9, Officer Jimy, who died in an emergency surgery late last year.
