Rochester Area School District student approached by stranger
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Rochester Area School District is asking parents to remind their kids about being alert when walking to and from school.
Police said on Wednesday that a grade-schooler told them that a man tried to grab them on Heller Street on Tuesday.
Rochester police are investigating
