Ben Roethlisberger To See Doctors In Hopes To Be Cleared To Start Throwing

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Ben Roethlisberger hopes to get clearance to start throwing tennis balls and other light objects soon.

According to Ron Cook of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Roethlisberger will see his doctors in Los Angeles on February 21st where he hopes to get clearance.

Roethlisberger remains confident he will be ready for the Steelers' offseason work in May.

Roethlisberger had elbow surgery Sept. 23.
