Pittsburgh Woman Charged With Arson In Perry South Fire
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A woman is facing arson charges stemming from a house fire in Perry South.
Frances Miller is being charged with two counts of arson.
Police say that she set something on fire in the basement of a house on West McIntyre Avenue.
Two people inside the house escaped unharmed.
