National Prescription Drug Take Back Day Is Saturday

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - National Prescription Drug Take Back Day gives people the opportunity to prevent drug addiction and overdose deaths.

The DEA says prescription drugs find their way into the wrong hands too often. Drug Take Back Day aims to give people a chance to safely and anonymously clean out their medicine cabinets.

Drug Take Back Day will be held on Oct. 23. You can find a list of drop-off locations online.
