Cantaloupe Bacon and Balsamic

Ingredients:
- 1 cantaloupe
- 1 bottle Market District Balsamic Glaze
- Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- 4 strips of Bacon, cooked, broken pieces
- 12 chives, chopped
- ½ c Feta cheese
Directions:
Peel and cut the cantaloupe into uniform 1" squares. Place in a medium bowl, combine half of the bacon, chive, olive oil and feta cheese, and gently toss to combine. Drizzle balsamic glaze over salad, Enjoy!
Watermelon w/Balsamic Glaze
Servings: 8

Ingredients:
- 1 small seedless Watermelon
- 1 bottle Market District Balsamic Glaze
Directions:
Cut watermelon into uniform 1" squares. Using a small melon baler, scoop out a small divot in the center of the square. Squeezer a drop or two of Balsamic glaze into the divot. Serve.
Caramelized Balsamic Onions w/Pan Seared Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle Market District Balsamic Glaze
- Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- 1 large yellow onion, julienne
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat add oil and onions. Cook until fragrant and translucent. Season with salt and pepper, then add balsamic glaze to taste. Cook an additional 1 – 2 minutes. Set aside. In a skillet over medium high heat add 2 tbsp oil, and add chicken breast, cook for 4 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. Place chicken breast on a plate, cover with balsamic glazed onion, serve.
Pan Seared Pork Chop w/Balsamic Glaze
Servings: 4

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 bottle Market District Balsamic Glaze
- Olive Oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet over medium high heat add 3 tbsp oil, season pork chop with salt and pepper, and place in skillet, cook for 4 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees. Place pork chop on a plate, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and serve.
