Man Burned In Westmoreland Co. Gas Well Fire
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – One person was burned in a fire at a natural gas drilling site in Westmoreland County.
Firefighters were called to the fire on Apple Lane, near Derry Township. The gas well is located near the Blairsville VFW off of Route 22.
Authorities say one man was burned and flown to the hospital.
The fire has since been put out.
