Police Are Warning To Lock Cars In Whitehall
WHITEHALL (KDKA) -- Police want to warn residents to lock their cars in Whitehall Borough.
They say a man was entering unlocked cars in the Rolling Hills neighborhood.
The department shared a video on its Facebook page.
