Kitten Found In Robinson Township Tests Positive For Rabies

ROBINSON TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- The Allegheny County Health Department is warning people in Robinson Township to be cautious of stray animals after a stray kitten tested positive for rabies over the weekend.

The kitten was found Sunday in a building parking lot of the Penn Center West Office Complex on Campbells Run Road. Additionally, anyone who is bitten or scratched by a stray animal or exposed to its saliva should clean the wound with soap and water, seek emergency medical treatment and call the ACHD.
