Dr. Deborah Gentile Talks About Allergy Season
Those with fall allergies are bracing for the worst. Dr. Deborah Gentile with Allegheny General Hospital Allergy and Immunology says it's shaping up to be a rough season. "The mold counts are high – they're in the 20,000-range," she said. "Typically we tend to see them there at this time of the fall." Autumn can be a tough time for allergies and asthma. It has been bad the past few years, according to Dr. Gentile and she expects this year to be no different. In fact, she has been seeing more patients these days.
