Girl, 16, Arrested in Pittsburgh Shooting Death
Authorities in western Pennsylvania have arrested a 16-year-old girl in the shooting death of a man last month.
Nineteen-year-old Andre Alexander of Wilkinsburg was shot and killed May 30 in the East Liberty section of Pittsburgh. Police said the shooting followed an argument between a group of young people.
Police said Monday the 16-year-old girl was charged with conspiracy and solicitation to commit homicide. They are also seeking a 19-year-old man believed to be homeless.
