LEECHBURG (KDKA) - Leechburg's former chief of police has pled guilty to failing to properly register as a sex offender.
Michael Diebold, who pled guilty to statutory sexual assault in 2018, pleaded guilty to violating the terms of his release by using an email address that police were unaware of to send a woman inappropriate photos.
Diebold was on probation after he served jail time for soliciting sex online from a state trooper posing as an underage girl.
