Park Place AME Church Distributes Food To Those In Need In 8th Annual 'Food Basket Of Love' Giveaway

HOMESTEAD (KDKA) -- In Homestead, an annual event took on a new meaning.

Park Place AME Church and organizer Joseph McCain have been giving food to families in need during the holidays for the past eight years, as part of a "Food Basket of Love" Giveaway.

They typically help nearly 4,000 families each year, and on Saturday they handed out food curbside to keep everyone safe.
