Councilman Dowd on West Penn Hospital
Pittsburgh City Councilman Patrick Dowd joins Robert to talk about West Penn Allegheny Health System's intention to lay off 1,500 people, as well as close the emergency room at West Penn. Dowd attended a meeting in Bloomfield last night in which hospital officials met with about 200 members of the public.
