- Peaches or Nectarines (sliced)
- Burrata
(Optional: Pancetta)


  • 1/3 cup Champagne Vinegar
  • 2/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tsp. Agave Nectar or Honey
  • 1/4 of an Orange - juiced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
