Authorities Make Arrest In '09 Somerset Co. Homicide
JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- State police say they have made an arrest in a 2009 homicide in Somerset County.
Authorities say the suspect, 36-year-old Toriano McCray, is already behind bars in Flint, Mich.
The Somerset County District Attorney is set to file for a Governor's Warrant to have McCray extradited back to the region.
Police say McCray is accused in a homicide in August of 2009.
The victim's body was found along Trent Road in Jefferson Township.
