Afternoon strong to severe storms possible in the Pittsburgh area on Saturday | First Alert Weather
Today is a KDKA First Alert Weather Day with the chance of strong to severe storms mainly after 4 p.m. today.
Damaging winds, large hail, and flooding are all possible. Most of the region is under a 'slight risk' for severe weather, which is a 2 out of 5 on the severe weather scale, meaning there's a higher confidence now for one to two storms to become severe.
Tomorrow will be cooler with highs in the mid 70s. Isolated showers and a general thunderstorm are possible later in the evening, but much of the day on Sunday will be dry.
Monday and Tuesday will be mostly sunny and comfortable with highs in the mid to upper 70s.
Wednesday, there's a small chance for showers, but the week will be mostly pleasant!
