911 Tape From Alleged McKeesport Rape Played In Court

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Prosecutors have released a 911 call from a woman who says she was kidnapped and raped in McKeesport.

The woman called 911 just before the attack happened and the recording tells the story.

According to court testimony, the victim, 18 at the time, and 31-year-old Jacquay Hall ran into each other outside Street Stars Bar in McKeesport on April 6, 2010.

That's when the victim says she was forced by gunpoint into a vacant garage. Just before entering, she says she called 911. She kept her cell phone on for the next 24 minutes.

Victim: "Please leave me alone."

Operator: "Hello?"

Hall: "Shut the [expletive] up. Shut the [expletive] up."

The jury of four men and eight women listened to the tape as the woman at times begged Hall not to rape her, offering instead her bankcard and other diversions all before the act took place.

Victim: "I'll give you my phone number and we can hang out or something… I wish you would let me go."

The defense says the reason the victim had to offer him so many different things is because she owed him money because she had taken drugs from him and was supposed to have sold them, but she never paid for them.

Jury deliberations will resume on Wednesday.
