Three days later, police arrested Gregory Joseph Leary, shown here, for allegedly having sex with the 15-year-old. He was charged with statutory rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
On April 2, 2010, Trenton, N.J., police charged another man, Timear Lewis, shown here, and two teen boys for allegedly gang-raping the 7-year-old girl during a party. Another teen was arrested and charged the following day.
