Wildwood Police say "civil unrest" prompted state of emergency order overnight

The Wildwood Boardwalk is back open Monday morning after police issued a state of emergency order for several hours overnight. Police said "numerous incidents of civil unrest" prompted the order. The city said it plans to send out a statement Monday afternoon further explaining what exactly they meant by "civil unrest."
