Whether we get a little snow or not, dangerous cold will be in place through this weekend in the Philadelphia area, with temperatures pushing record lows Friday. And Meteorologist Kate Bilo continues tracking a coastal storm, which looks like it's trending toward missing Philadelphia, possibly grazing the Jersey Shore and South Jersey or missing us entirely.
