SEPTA resumes express Regional Rail service during evening commute

SEPTA is ramping back up express service on Regional Rail trains during the evening commute, but trains in the morning are still making all local stops. The impacts to Regional Rail service is lingering from federally mandate service to SEPTA's Silverliner IV rail cars.
