Rutgers dean Joshua Kohut banned from campus after being charged with filming "upskirt" videos
Joshua Kohut, the dean of research at Rutgers University's SEBS, has been charged with invasion of privacy. The New Jersey Attorney General's Office says he filmed "upskirt" videos of unsuspecting victims.
