Philadelphia NAACP comes out in support of proposed 76ers arena
The Philadelphia chapter of the NAACP says its supports the proposed 76 Place arena plan in Center City bordering Chinatown. In an event Tuesday members of the chapter spoke about how the project can benefit Philadelphia's Black community, especially when it comes to jobs.
