Philadelphia city workers authorize a strike at City Hall
Philadelphia's largest municipal workers union voted to authorize a strike.
Chopper 3 is live over City Hall as hundreds of District Council 33 workers march through the streets demanding a better contract.
The union represents more than 9,000 blue-collar workers including sanitation workers.
They have been working without a contract since July.
