Philadelphia Art Commission to hear proposals to move Joe Frazier statue to the art museum
The statue of boxing great Smokin' Joe Frazier could soon be on the move. The Philadelphia Art Commission on Wednesday will hear a proposal to relocate the statue from Stateside Live in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex to the base of the steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
