Former Philadelphia Mayor John Street denies writing alleged letter in support of Raymond Horsch
Raymond "R.C." Horsch, the dead man at the center of Philadelphia's "house of horrors" investigation, supposedly had a character letter from former Philadelphia Mayor John Street defending his activities in Kensington. Street denied writing the letter and called it "fake news." Reporter Joe Holden has the latest on the investigation.
