State Sen. Art Haywood said he plans to push the Pennsylvania legislature to strengthen the mandatory reporting law after a grand jury investigation found a 15-year-old Cheltenham High School football player was assaulted twice in the locker room. Four coaches are accused of covering up the attacks.
