Pennsylvania drivers to face fines for using phones behind the wheel under Paul Miller's Law

Under a new law taking full effect on Friday, Pennsylvania drivers caught using a cellphone while behind the wheel will have to pay a $50 fine. Eileen Miller, whose son Paul died in a crash involving a distracted driver, is working to educate people about the dangers of using cellphones while driving.
