Officer who was shot outside Friends Hospital in Crescentville was accidentally shot by his partner

Philadelphia police said an officer who was shot last week outside Friends Hospital in Crescentville was accidentally shot by his own partner. The officers were taking Aaron Rainey to the hospital last Thursday when they say Rainey tried to grab an officer's gun. That's when one officer shot and killed Rainey. He also fired a shot that hit his partner in his bulletproof vest.
