New plan will restore some SEPTA service as leaders continue to demand action

A new plan from Philadelphia leaders will restore multiple SEPTA bus routes that students need to get to school, but leaders continue to call for state funding that would prevent further cuts from taking effect. Wakisha Bailey reports.
