Members of the U.S. Navy explain why they enlisted as they prepare to celebrate 250th anniversary

The United States Navy was established by the Second Continental Congress, which met at Independence Hall in Philadelphia on this date 250 years ago. Our Wakisha Bailey went aboard the USS Cooperstown and spoke with some members of the U.S. Navy about what this anniversary means to them and how they've taken to Philadelphia so far.
