Mayor Kenney issues statement about Roxborough High shooting that left 1 dead, 4 others injured
The shooting came after Kenney's executive order that he signed on Tuesday that bans guns and deadly weapons from rec center buildings, athletic courts, fields, playgrounds and pools.
